1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any Elite Kabal software products ("Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use our Products.

2. Products & Services

Elite Kabal offers premade digital software products, including but not limited to:

• DriveSync — Duplicate file detection and management utility
• Command Center — AI productivity and workflow dashboard

All products are delivered as downloadable software. We do not offer custom development, 1:1 consulting services, or customized products through this platform.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on up to two (2) devices that you personally own or control.

4. Payment & Pricing

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@elitekabal.com within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, all sales are final.

6. Software Updates

Your license includes all minor updates and bug fixes. Major version upgrades may require a separate purchase or upgrade fee, which will be communicated in advance.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ELITE KABAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Use of the software is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELITE KABAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

9. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and uninstall all copies from your devices.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
